Order Details

After clicking on an order number in the Order Tracking, you’ll be brought to this Order Details page. Depending on the status of the order you can duplicate, view, and edit order details and reprint Waybills. The differences in the statuses are described below.

Statuses

Open

If the status of the order is Open that means that the order hasn't been dispatched to be picked up yet, so you are free to make any changes or cancel this order.

Since you can make changes to this shipment you'll find that this page will be identical to the New Order page, with the addition of a Cancel Order button.

Click the Cancel Order button if you wish to cancel this order. While an order is Open it is your last chance to cancel an order using Argus Online.

If you wish to reprint the waybill click Quick Order to take you to the Waybill page.

If you wish to view the rate click the Continue button.

Open: Appt Pending before Pickup

This status is the same as Open exempt our dipatch staff is working on booking an appointment before picking up your freight. Once that appointment has been booked the order will change back to Open status.

Dispatched

This order has been assigned to a truck to be picked up

Waiting for Arrival

This order is a shipment that we are expecting to be dropped off on our dock by another carrier.

Picked up

This order has been picked up and is still on the truck that picked it up.

Out for Delivery

This order is on the truck that will be delivering it.

On Burnaby Dock

On the dock at our Burnaby terminal.

On Victoria Dock

On the dock at our Victoria terminal.

On Nanaimo Dock

On the dock at our Nanaimo terminal.

On Kelowna Dock

On the dock at our Kelowna terminal.

On Linehaul

On a trailer destined or travelling between terminals.

On Burnaby Dock: Pending Appt

On the dock at our Burnaby terminal and our dispatch staff is working on getting an appointment for delivery.

An appointment charge will be charged on this order. This charge may not be added to this order until invoicing.

On Burnaby Dock: Appt Booked

On the dock at our Burnaby terminal and it's appointment for delivery has been booked.

On Burnaby Dock: Awaiting PU

On the dock at our Burnaby terminal waiting for an interline carrier to pick this order up.

On Burnaby Dock: Attempted Del.

We have attempted to deliver this shipment. Now it is on our dock and our dispatch staff is working on arranging a second delivery.

A second delivery charge may be applied to this order. This charge may not be added to this order until invoicing.

On Burnaby Dock: Refusal

This order is on our Burnaby dock, due to be refused. Our OSD staff is working on re-delivering or returning this freight to the consignee.

Delivered

Your freight has been delivered to the consignee.

Delivered to Interliner

Your freight has been delivered to an interline carrier that will be delivering it to the consignee.

Trip Only

We attempted to pickup and their was no freight for us to pickup. Or the order was cancelled while our driver was already on route for pickup.

The freight charges will be adjusted to a trip only charge. This charge may not be changed until invoicing.

Cancelled

If the order status is Cancelled then the shipment could have been cancelled by yourself, a fellow Argus Online user within your account number, or by Argus Carriers dispatch if it was requested.

This shipment will not be picked up. And the charges you see will not be billed to you.

This order will be deleted several days after being Cancelled.

Invoicing

This order is in it's process of being invoiced.

Invoiced (90000)

This order has been invoiced. The charges you see are the final charges for this order.

The number in the bracets is the invoice number, which can be veiwed on the Reports page.
