Order Tracking

The Order Tracking page can be used to track and view the status of your orders that haven't been invoiced. You’ll find a table that looks like this, which contains info pertaining to each active order. Most columns are pretty straight forward but below are a few more details on some.

You can track, view, and edit your orders until the order has been invoiced. To view an invoiced order you’ll have to search for the order using the Search page.

Order Date and Ordered By will let you know what time it was created and by whom. This is one advantage of having a separate account for each user.

By clicking on the Order # of an order it will go to the Order Details page. What you can do at the Order Details page will depend on the status of the shipment.
