On this page you have a few straight forward fields to fill out. Starting with Name, Title, Phone, Fax, and Email.
Only the fields in red are mandatory, but we recommend filling out as many fields as possible, expecially Email

Web ID and Password, will be the Web ID and password for this user to use when logging in.

|
Web Role will set the level of access that this user has.
- Administrator can add and manage users.
- Standard User cannot add and manage users.
|
|
In the New Order page you can have a default address start as the Shipper or Consignee address. Use the Default Address to select that default address this user will be using.
|
|
Select the Address Location to determine whether the Default Address starts in the Shipper’s Location, Consignee’s Location or the Dropdown address.
|
|
In the New Orders page you have an Address Filter. You can set a default character to filter for each user when they visit the New Orders page.
|
|
Select a Start Page for this user. Which ever page you select will be the page that that user starts at after login.

You can allow or deny users from being able to View Pricing or View Reports. Simply tick the check box if you want the new user to be able to View pricing or View Reports.

Click Save to create the user.
